2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Buying on Millzoo
- All purchases are subject to product availability and price confirmation
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or fraud
- Payment must be completed via available methods (COD or Online)
4. Selling on Millzoo
- Sellers must complete verification and approval process
- Listed products must be genuine, legal, and accurately described
- Millzoo charges a commission on each sale as per seller agreement
- Sellers are responsible for product quality and timely fulfillment
5. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in fraud, impersonation, hacking, spamming, or any activity that violates applicable laws or these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Millzoo acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not directly responsible for products sold by third-party sellers. We facilitate dispute resolution between buyers and sellers.
